Shipping & Return


We currently ship to the US & Canada and internationally by using UPS, Fedex, DHL or UPSP. (For international shipping except US and Canada, it may take longer time after verifying of payment receipt)

You can track your package by either logging into your account and clicking the tracking number in the order you’d like to track, or by clicking the tracking number in the shipping confirmation we emailed to you.


Please read the following and then contact customer service (either by phone or email) to get a RA number.

1. We strongly encourage our customers to test all items before installing
2. Return must be in the same condition it was received
3. No accept for any broken or installed parts
4. Company seal must NOT be broken in order to return
